Prior to joining build3, Charlez was a Project Management Associate at 91springboard, where he oversaw budgeting and operational efficiencies for various projects. He is further supported by a very strong educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering and certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
