1. Cohub Refund Policy

Cohub Refund Policy. At Cohub, we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. If you need to cancel your booking, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Check-In: You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date for a full refund.

  • Cancellation Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at cohub@build3.org with your reservation details and reason for cancellation.

  2. We will process your request and confirm the refund status.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Impact Startup Academy Refund PolicyThank you for considering the Impact Startup Academy. We are committed to providing valuable learning experiences. Please find our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Course Start: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date.

  • Post-Cancellation: After the initial 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your enrollment to another participant.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to isa@build3.org with your enrollment details and cancellation request.

  2. Include any necessary documentation or reasons for your cancellation.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. build3 Impact Accelerator Refund Policy

Build3 Impact Accelerator Refund PolicyWe appreciate your interest in the Build3 Impact Accelerator. Our goal is to support impactful entrepreneurs effectively. Below is our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Program Start: You may cancel your enrollment up to 30 days before the program start date for a full refund.

  • Cancellation Within Program Duration: If you withdraw after the program has started, you may receive a prorated refund based on the remaining duration of the program, minus any applicable fees.

  • No Refunds for No-Shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at bia@build3.org with your registration details and reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

  2. We will review your request and respond promptly.
