Anjali's professional journey goes deep into her passion for startups and entrepreneurship. She actively nourishes this with continuous learning and engagement in the space of venture capital. Currently, Anjali leads the impact Accelerator at build3. In this role, she draws from a deep well of knowledge and network to provide capital, capability, and community support to startups making positive impacts on mind, body, and earth. Her work is instrumental in guiding impact entrepreneurs from ideation to scalable and sustainable business models.

Having completed her B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and a Minor in Financial Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune, Anjali further enhanced her skills by completing an Executive Education program in Venture Capital and Private Equity from ISB. This has been very educational to her roles in creating and leading events within the startup space, most especially in her interaction with founders, investors, and mentors.

Before coming to Build3, Anjali spent time at Searce Inc., where she led strategic initiatives across North America, working cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Her ability in driving business strategy and process improvements was also top-notch while working as the Head of Public Relations & Innovation at Pune StartUp Fest. She enhanced the platform that brought entrepreneurs closer to investors, which was a massive addition to their entrepreneurial journey.

This commitment to the startup ecosystem is also characterized by Anjali's freelancing in content writing, which sustained her throughout college and provided a channel for sharing valuable knowledge and insights across multiple media. Her writing ranges from contributing to blogs, website copy, and LinkedIn posts with a focus on educating and inspiring emerging entrepreneurs. Anjali has had multifaceted career milestones that can be credited to her commitment to empowering startups and creating environments conducive to their success.
